The Greek Butchers' Club takes action at FOOD & DRINKS 2024!

More than 50 members of the Greek Butchers’ Club will be present in the specially designed exhibition space with the sole purpose of showcasing their art and the profile of the modern butcher shop.

There will be a rich program of events throughout the exhibition, featuring live presentations of meat preparations, from the traditional butcher shop to the butcher shop of the future. Additionally, there will be mini seminars, dry aging techniques, cutting and utilization methods, holiday display suggestions and more, taste tests, significant collaborations, and many other activities that promise to turn the 3-day exhibition into a celebration dedicated to butchery.

Committed to progress, lifelong learning, collaborations, camaraderie, and having a complete understanding of the market and industry, the challenges and demands of a modern butcher shop, the Greek Butchers’ Club will welcome industry professionals to exchange views and provide solutions and suggestions.
