The International Food Experts’ Awards (FEA) were established to reward innovation and excellence in the food and beverage industry and were organized by cibum for the first time in 2023, within the framework of the Detrop – Oenos exhibition by HELEXPO.
Independent professionals from the food industry evaluated the nominations and selected the winners of FEA 2023, aiming to encourage and reward hard and innovative work in the food sector and the businesses operating in this field.
The participating companies competed in 25 categories, addressing contemporary issues of concern to the food business and the consumer, such as innovation, food safety culture, nutritional value, integrity, customer-centricity, sustainability, environmental protection, and food waste reduction.
